News Worthy…
The 2012 harvest came to an end with the last of the grapes harvested on October 19. At this time last year we had only just begun. 2012 brought a long dry summer with rains beginning just after the pinot noirs were in the fermenting stage. Although we’ve had many great vintages, this one will definitely rate among the more memorable vintages. Memorial weekend taste from the barrel the 2012 vintages. ”Futures” available of select 2012 wines for purchase as part of the “Witness Protection Program”.
The end of March brought some warm sunny weather to the Willamette Valley. We had “bud break” on our vintage Chardonnay vines.
